About Melvin Yates II

Melvin Yates, Broker/Owner of Exit Flagship Realty, is fueled by his relentless pursuit to deliver the highest level of client service in the industry of real estate. He is uncompromising in his commitment to conduct his business "the right way". His fast track to real estate success was forged when he successfully passed the Maryland State Realtor Exam and became a licensed Realtor in the spring of 1991. Having sold residential new construction homes for a local broker during that first summer and on the weekends while in college, Melvin was by far the youngest licensed Realtor in any real estate office in Maryland, Washington DC or Virginia. Melvin has since obtained his Brokers license and started his own Real Estate Brokerage in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. Having owned and managed several residential rental properties; and purchased and sold over 250 homes for friends and clients (or in many cases, both!) proves that one of Melvin's best assets is his ability to relate to others.
